HRH Princess Basma, chairperson of the board oftrustees of the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development (JOHUD), looks at10,000 sports′ suits donated by the Chinese embassy in Amman on Wednesday.Princess Basma thanked the Chinese government for the gift and said the suits would be distributed to needy people around the Kingdom.

ChineseAmbassador to Jordan Lo Ching Wo commended Princess Basma′s ongoingefforts in supporting the role and status of Jordanian women who account for50 per cent of society. He said China looks forward to increasingbilateral cooperation in various fields pertaining to women and programmesaiming at their development. During the presentation ceremony, a documentary film onJOHUD activities was screened.
